We want purchase terms to be clear before you pay. This policy applies to the TikTok Shop Starter Guide sold by Grow Together Learning.
Refund window
You may request a refund within 7 calendar days of purchase. To request one, email growlearningtiktokads@enterprise.com with the email address used at checkout and your order reference. Do not send payment-card details by email.
Request review
We may ask for reasonable information needed to locate and verify the order. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method by the checkout or payment provider. Processing times vary by provider and financial institution.
Access after a refund
If a refund is issued, your license and access to the digital product end. You must stop using and delete downloaded copies of the guide.
Mandatory rights
This policy does not limit consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. If the checkout provider gives you additional mandatory rights, those rights also apply.
